IWV Digital Solutions LLC does not sell your personal information.

IWV Digital Solutions LLC does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This applies to all of our products, including NotesXML, IWV Chat AI, and the IWV Digital Solutions website. It applies to all users, regardless of location.

We do not have advertising partners. We do not use ad-tracking technologies. We do not participate in data broker networks. We do not exchange personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out action required on your part. However, we provide this page as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to ensure transparency.
