Yes. IWV Chat AI is completely free (always), and NotesXML beta includes access to evaluate the software at no cost during the beta period.

Both IWV Chat AI and NotesXML include a built-in bug report generator under Help → Generate Bug Report. This creates a diagnostic file (no personal data included) that you can email to support@iwvdigitalsolutions.com.
Absolutely. Our privacy architecture is the same in beta as in general release — all processing happens on your device. We have no servers that can read your content.
